I have contacted this company several times a day for the last six days due to issues with a debit card that I have not received and an inability to access my direct deposit money. I have been lied to, hung up on, and transferred to twenty different departments.
Now, I am being told that they cannot tell me what the issue is or the time frame for its resolution.
I have incurred overdraft fees for my account and past-due fees for bills. The response from the agents, lies, and excuses, is fraud, and I am filing a complaint and a lawsuit against this company today.

There was a dispute on my account a year and a half ago in November of 2022 there are 61 on my old card ending in 4577 we sent emails with a paperwork from my daughter's email because my phone was messed up we went to the PNC Bank in Beech Grove Indiana and they emailed you that it had been resolved I want this money released now to my new card ending in 5001 I'm not sure what the holdup is

I worked Sunday night I use the system every day I work which now is a new pay period. I waited in line 2 hours just for nothing.
I have no cigarettes and I have been up all night with this. No matter what your system has to change for hard workers like myself. Today being a new pay period really shouldn't matter because you are open 24/7 so no matter what I should always be able to access my hours work period. No one has time to waste waiting for something they will never get.
It's 4 th of July weekend and I'm currently broke until Thursday when I get my paycheck. Like I said before I use the system every day for almost 2 years and Sunday is always an issue. How do you expect someone to put their time in before the next day if I have to wait 2-3 hours to do it and it becomes the next pay period before I talk to someone? Plus I either get kicked off the system and have to start over or get hung up on by Samuel because By this point Im frustrated.
This is more than unfair to me because I work very hard for every dime. Please fix your system so your call volume can go down because I know Im not the only one

Policy disregard
Payactivs policy states we should only be able to access UP TO 50% of our earned wages. How then, out of the $383 I've made within my pay period, have I accessed $320?
That's a good question right? Well apparently no one can answer it. When I called (and chatted) with customer service. They both just said "your account has been updated.
Everything is fine." And the person over the phone call very rudely mentioned "well, I mean you could've been given access to LESS than the 50% standard" that is not the point? That point is that your policy (basically) says "you can ONLY access UP to 50% of your earned wages per pay period.
Yet here I am with access to almost 97% and now unable to access anything until they decide to readjust my information. Which could be any time between now and next month (apparently) this service is absolute ***
