Worst 'instant' pay app EVER MADE

I'm in healthcare and have done agency for years. I've had Daily Pay etc...PayActiv is NOT what they advertise. Customer service is awful! Nobody educated is on the other end of the web chat. They can't answer basic questions. You will be on hold for a year, then...

I have not received my pay active card

I am going on three or four weeks already without a paycheck and my pay card my pay active card the card that they my employer gave me at Murphy's Express USA I tried to register it and it kept on coming back that it would that expiration date was expired and it wasn't expired they gave me a new card and I still can't register it I need my money there's $2,300 and $50 on my account I want my money they said they were going to send me a card the last four digits was 9288 I can't even do that virtual pay what do I do now I need my money

PayActiv - They have terrible book keeping
I have been ripped off over 1600 this year from them taking too much money from my check when have received and advance. The last deduction that Iif you choose to use them watch your deductions out of every pau check didn't owe was $425 and even though I have contacted them they either hang up on me or place me on hold and when i request documents they assure me it has been sent right over. I have yet to receive anything.
